And working out first thing in the morning prepares my body to Excel in my responsibilities of life throughout the day. But it puts undue pressure on my heart

    1. If your goal is muscle growth:
    2. 1.5 min of rest between sets
      1. 10 sets per muscle group. So each day 3 sets on one exercise and 2 sets on another for two days and week will get you there
    3. We are more or less on the right track
